There will be three intellectual outputs carried out as part of the project:
Recruitment, Retention and Progression (RRP) Framework testing
Crucial to this programme will be the incorporation of the RRP framework, to ensure that it addresses the needs of women at all stages of their careers in STEM and adapts the coaching models which will be provided.
FemSTEM Coaching aims to tackle the issues facing women in STEM through the creation of a comprehensive E-Coaching Programme, consisting of five modules that will address the most important soft skills for women in STEM.
The Coaching Circles™ will allow for a more in-depth exploration of the soft-skills development via peer-support to improve self-efficacy.
E-Coaching programme supports the learners in using digital technology in creative, collaborative and efficient ways and inspires new ways of thinking.
It was developed with the aim to support women pursuing careers in STEM industries or wanting to return to STEM.
Coaching Circles™ methodology includes coaching, mentoring and action learning techniques to help the participants reach your goals with the support of an experienced facilitator and a small group of peers.
